About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent sourcing, while supporting overall people management within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring, employee lifecycle management, and building robust relationships across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment — from job posting to offer rollout
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and qualified networks
Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers
Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth joining experience for recent hires
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Support people management initiatives — employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention efforts
Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR reports




Act as a point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day HR support
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring and workforce requirements

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and onboarding — preferably from an EdTech or university/higher-education background
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and priorities simultaneously
People-first mindset with a good understanding of employee engagement practices

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
