HCL Technologies | Walk-In Hiring | LOAN ADMIN Department: Lending Operations / Loan Administration : We are hiring a Loan Servicing Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in loan operations and financial services. The role involves managing end-to-end loan lifecycle activities, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of daily servicing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Process daily loan servicing activities for Bilateral, Participation, and UKPLC portfolios
Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation as per SOPs
Handle complex loan structures including:
LIBOR / NCCR-based loans
PIK (Payment-in-Kind) interest
Fees, LOCs, Guarantees, and Bonds
Manage drawdowns, rate resets, interest processing, and loan lifecycle operations
Perform reconciliations and resolve breaks/discrepancies
Conduct quality checks and escalate issues where required
Meet defined SLAs, turnaround times, and productivity targets
Support month-end and quarter-end activities
Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues
Handle mailbox queries with skilled communication
Ensure compliance with audit, risk,



and data security standards
Participate in team huddles, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions Key Skills:

Understanding of LIBOR transition (SOFR/NCCR)
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
