Job Purpose To operate industrial sewing machines and manufacture EcoWrap® reusable pallet products as per defined specifications, quality standards, production targets, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently for EcoWrap® production.
Stitch different components of pallet products as per approved designs, samples, and work instructions.
Maintain accurate stitching, dimensions, alignment, strength, and finishing.
Follow production specifications and quality standards for every batch.
Check fabric/material before and during stitching for defects or damage.
Ensure proper thread tension, stitch density, seam strength, and finishing.
Minimize thread, fabric, and material wastage.
Identify and report stitching defects, machine problems,



or material issues to the supervisor.
Perform basic machine cleaning, oiling, and routine maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
Meet daily production targets without compromising product quality.
Follow all safety procedures and factory SOPs.
Support other production activities when required.
Ensure no unauthorized changes in stitching pattern, dimensions, or product specifications.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
