We are looking for an Inventory Executive to join our team and take responsibility for maintaining and managing our inventory records using Excel.

This role is ideal for someone who is very comfortable with Excel, detail-oriented, and able to keep accurate track of stock movement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily inventory records in Excel
Track movement of raw materials, production materials and finished goods
Maintain stock records for jute, cotton, canvas, accessories, handles, printing materials and other supplies
Record and monitor material inward, outward and consumption
Reconcile physical stock with Excel records
Identify stock discrepancies, shortages and excess inventory
Maintain product-wise and material-wise stock reports
Coordinate with stores, production, purchase and dispatch teams
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports
Ensure inventory data is updated accurately and on time




Develop and maintain Excel-based systems/reports to improve inventory control

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in inventory, stock management or a similar role
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF functions, filters, sorting and data validation
Good numerical and analytical skills
Robust attention to detail
Ability to maintain accurate records independently
Experience in a manufacturing/factory workplace will be preferred

What We're Looking ForWe need someone who doesn't just enter numbers into Excel, but can understand where the stock is coming from, where it is going, and identify when the numbers don't match the physical stock.
