Key Responsibilities
Attendance & payroll processing
UAN generation, PF ECR & ESIC
LWF and Bonus compliance
Leave & wage calculation
Recent joiner documentation & employee data
Employee grievance handling
Statutory compliance & HR MIS
Required: Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PF/ESIC, labour compliance, and HR documentation.
