The Head Design is responsible for defining and driving the creative vision and design strategy of the brand. The role leads the development of cutting-edge, contemporary and traditional commercially relevant jewellery collections that strengthen the brand's market position and customer appeal.
The incumbent will work closely with Merchandising, Manufacturing, Marketing, Retail, Product Development, and Quality teams to ensure every collection reflects the brand identity while meeting commercial objectives, customer expectations, and manufacturing feasibility.
It is critical that the Head Design is grounded, people focused and adept at modernizing legacy systems while respecting the heritage and protecting the core DNA of the brand Kirtilals.Role & responsibilities
