Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and skilled manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
Identify prospects to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
