We're looking for a sharp, hungry direct response copywriter to join our growth team. You'll be the voice behind our ads and landing pages - responsible for turning cold audiences into buyers. This isn't a brand copywriting role. Every word you write will be measured, tested, and held accountable to results.

You'll work closely with the creative and media buying teams to ideate, write, and iterate on copy across paid social, search, and landing pages. If you're the type who reads swipe files for fun and can spot a weak hook from a mile away, you'll thrive here.

What you'll do
Ideate and write ad copy for paid social (Meta, YouTube) and search campaigns - from hooks to CTAs
Write and optimize high-converting landing page copy that moves prospects through the funnel
Develop multiple copy angles and variations for A/B testing; learn rapid from what wins and what doesn't




Analyze creative performance data and translate insights into smarter copy decisions
Collaborate with designers and media buyers to ensure copy and creative work together

What we're looking for
1–2 years of experience in direct response copywriting — agency, in-house, or freelance
A portfolio that shows real results: ads that ran, pages that converted, tests that informed decisions
Robust understanding of direct response principles — AIDA, PAS, jobs-to-be-done, emotional triggers
Rapid learner who can absorb feedback, adapt quickly, and turn around iterations without losing quality
Ability to write in multiple voices and for different audiences - you're not married to one style
