Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment & candidate sourcing
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates via calls & messages
Maintain HR records and trackers
Support onboarding and HR operations
Requirements
HR or related background (MBA/BBA/B.Com etc.)
Valuable communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and grow
Work Details Location: Mankapur, Nagpur
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday
