Administer prescribed medications, blood products, and IV fluids safely.
Record accurate hourly charting of patient status, fluid intake, and output.
Perform clinical interventions like suctioning, wound care, and catheter maintenance.
Coordinate care plans directly with critical care physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Update and comfort distressed families while advocating for patient needs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
