Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and non-IT positions.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct candidate searches using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques.
Screen resumes based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters/clients.
Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
