We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Assist in creating and posting job listings, screening candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding & Coordination: Support current hire onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules, preparing welcome kits, and verifying documentation.
HR Operations & Records: Maintain accurate employee data and digital HR files with strict confidentiality.
Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing internal team-building events, cultural initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
Administrative Support: Draft HR communications, assist with policy documentation, and respond to general employee queries.





Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
