Mandatory Skills
Solid experience in Java and/or C++ application development.
Hands-on experience in payment systems development within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture.
Experience working with REST APIs, Microservices, and Web Services.
Robust proficiency in Oracle and/or SQL Server with excellent SQL skills.
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.

Financial Messaging Standards (MT/MX)
Experience with version control systems such as Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
