Land Surveyor
Job Summary:
A Land Surveyor is responsible for measuring and mapping land boundaries, features, and terrain. They use specialized equipment and technology to collect data that helps in construction, engineering, and legal documentation of property lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land and site surveys using tools like total stations, GPS, and drones
Measure distances, angles, elevations, and boundaries accurately
Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings
Verify property boundaries and resolve discrepancies
Work with engineers, architects, and construction teams
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and land survey standards
Analyze survey data and perform calculations
Mark and stake construction sites
Maintain and calibrate survey instruments
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of surveying techniques and instruments
Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, GIS tools
Good mathematical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Certification/licensure (if required by local authorities)
Experience in land surveying (0–5+ years depending on role level)

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
