Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company specializing in high-quality corporate office fit-outs. We are looking for an experienced Cost & Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals while supporting profitable project execution.

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for corporate interior projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Obtain and compare vendor quotations
Prepare material, labour, and MEP cost estimates
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
Prepare commercial proposals and tender submissions
Monitor estimate vs actual project cost
Support value engineering and cost optimization

Required Skills :




Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis
Experience in corporate interior fit-out estimation
Knowledge of MEP, joinery, civil, and finishing works
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Understanding of project costing and margin analysis

Software Skills :
Advanced MS Excel
AutoCAD
Cost estimation software (preferred)
MS Office

Qualifications :
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Quantity Surveying
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in interior contracting is preferred
