MANUAL JEWELLERY DESIGNER

Job Purpose To create innovative, commercially viable and production-friendly jewellery designs for Export, Domestic and High-End/Luxury markets, based on customer requirements, market trends and company design standards.

Key Responsibilities
Create manual sketches and jewellery designs for rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, bridal and fine jewellery.
Develop designs as per Export, Domestic and High-End customer requirements.
Understand international and Indian jewellery trends and customer preferences.
Create both commercial and exclusive/luxury designs.
Ensure proper proportion, detailing, stone placement and production feasibility.
Coordinate with CAD, Sampling and Production teams for design execution.
Modify designs based on customer, buyer and production feedback.
Develop recent concepts and collections as per market requirements.




Support and guide junior designers as per experience level.

Experience Level Junior Designer – 1–3 Years

Supports design development and works under guidance.

Designer – 3–6 Years

Independently handles design concepts, customer requirements and collections.

Senior Designer – 6+ Years

Leads design development, handles high-value/exclusive requirements and guides the design team.

Required Skills
Excellent manual sketching & jewellery rendering
Solid knowledge of diamond, gold and gemstone jewellery
Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing
Creative and trend-oriented approach
Solid attention to detail and commercial understanding
CorelDRAW knowledge will be an added advantage
Jewellery design portfolio required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
