Role & responsibilities:
Own daily and monthly production output to meet shipment, cost, and cycle time targets.
Manage and optimize manpower allocation across shifts, tools, and processes.
Execute and control production scheduling aligned with capacity and customer priority.
Monitor and improve WIP flow to achieve cycle time and delivery goals.
Track, prioritize, and recover aging lots to minimize delivery and quality risk.
Monitor in-line and outgoing quality performance (yield, defects, scrap, rework).
Drive continuous improvement in throughput, efficiency, and cost.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams daily to meet output and yield performance
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and customer requirements.
