Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain assembly work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
Support manufacturing teams remotely by resolving process and assembly related issues.
Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to improve assembly processes.
Evaluate tooling, fixtures, and workstation ergonomics to enhance productivity and safety.
Support engineering change implementation and process standardization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Train production teams on current processes, tools, and documentation.
Required Skills
Assembly process and manufacturing knowledge.
Work instruction and SOP development.
Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone).
Understanding of ergonomics and time study principles.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Preferred Tools
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
PLM tools (Windchill preferred).
3D model viewing tools (Creo View preferred).
ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA).
Production planning and work measurement tools (AVIX preferred).
