Key Responsibilities
Conduct property title verification and prepare detailed title verification/title reports based on historical ownership documents.
Perform legal due diligence for land and property transactions across urban and rural areas.
Review and analyze Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, Encumbrance Certificates (ECs) and other relevant property records.
Assist in drafting and vetting Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Construction Agreements, Power of Attorney and other property-related documents.
Conduct legal research relating to property laws, Transfer of Property Act, RERA, Stamp Act, land laws and registration laws.
Maintain accurate and organized legal documents, title reports, due diligence reports and client records.
Assist senior lawyers in real estate transactions, client queries and compliance reviews/audits.
Coordinate with clients, government offices and other stakeholders whenever required.
Identify potential legal issues or discrepancies in property documents and assist in providing appropriate legal observations.
Required Qualifications
LL.B. / Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
1–3 years of relevant experience in property law, real estate law, title verification or legal due diligence.
Positive understanding of property law, Transfer of Property Act, RERA, Stamp Act, Registration laws and land-related laws.
Robust legal drafting, document review, analytical and legal research skills.
Reading Kannada is mandatory.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
