About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on D2C Growth Lead to drive Janitri’s digital growth, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate should have experience scaling an early-stage D2C brand and be comfortable with both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Own the D2C growth strategy from awareness to acquisition and retention.
Plan and execute monthly growth campaigns to increase revenue and customer base.
Drive Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, influencer, and content marketing.
Lead Reels, product storytelling, testimonials, UGC, and creator collaborations.
Optimize Shopify, Amazon, and FirstCry listings and landing pages.
Track and improve conversion, checkout, repeat purchase, CAC, and LTV.
Build WhatsApp/email communities for pregnant women and current mothers.
Work with agencies, freelancers, design, and video teams to execute campaigns.

Key Requirements
2–4 years of experience in D2C growth/marketing, preferably in wellness, femtech, or consumer health.




Proven experience scaling an early-stage D2C brand.
Hands-on experience with Instagram, Meta Ads, Shopify, WhatsApp Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.
Robust analytical and conversion optimization skills.
High ownership and strong execution mindset.
Passion for building products/services for women, mothers, or wellness.
