Responsibilities:-
Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
Recruits, selects, on board, trains, and mentors employees.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating recent equipment and techniques.
Achieving the monthly and annual targets in both production quantity and quality standards.
Driving team performance through guidance, feedback, and process improvement.
Implementing recent process changes and addressing employee grievances promptly.
Meeting internal and external audit and improvement standards.
Monitoring team attendance and leave records to ensure maximum productivity.
Communicating with other departments to align company goals with overall objectives.
Sharing ideas and feedback with the top management to optimize results and improve quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,340.67 - ₹38,124.69 per month
