Position: Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their business and manpower requirements.
Identify recent business prospects and generate business through client acquisition and relationship building.
Manage end-to-end manpower outsourcing operations for assigned clients.
Handle manpower deployment, attendance, replacements, and day-to-day operational requirements.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client manpower requirements within the required timeline.
Coordinate with clients regarding invoices, bill submission, and timely bill clearance.
Regularly visit and communicate with clients to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve operational issues.
Monitor client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Prepare and share regular reports related to manpower, payroll, operations, and client requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
