We are searching for a highly skilled Software Developer to join a energetic CRO team on a 12-month contract, based in Bangalore (remote options available). This is your chance to leverage your expertise in Snowflake, Python, and SQL to drive creative data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that power critical business insights.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
At least 10 years of IT experience in data engineering or related fields, with over 6 years focused on Snowflake and data warehousing concepts.
Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and data sharing.
Proficiency in Python, especially Snowpark, and SQL for developing data pipelines, stored procedures, and automation.
Strong experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex data transformations and queries.
Skilled in integrating data from various sources such as SFTP,



AWS S3, and Excel.
Familiarity with project tools like JIRA and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data and configuration issues efficiently.

Nice To Have
Experience with Automic scheduling tools.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related IT or data field.
6+ years specifically working with Snowflake Data Engineering concepts.

Additional Requirements
Availability for a 12-month engagement with a weekly commitment of 42.5 hours.
Willingness to work from Bangalore or remotely.
Ability to adapt quickly to project needs, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
