We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Assistant Manager to manage and oversee procurement activities for our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in school purchasing, vendor management, and inventory control, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of supplies and services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for school supplies, equipment, AMC, Civil services.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize cost savings.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs.
Ensure compliance with vendor audits and assessment.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.




Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to manage budgets and reporting.
Evaluate and improve purchasing systems and procedures.

Skills and Qualities
Graduate, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of inventory management and vendor evaluation techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with educational procurement standards and practices.
Experience with ERP systems or school management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
