Role & responsibilities
Develop new textile prints, motifs, patterns, and colour combinations.
Create seamless/repeat patterns suitable for textile printing.
Prepare and modify designs using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Develop colourways and design variations as per customer requirements.
Adapt designs according to different fabric types, construction, and printing techniques.
Prepare artwork and production-ready files for sampling and bulk production.
Coordinate with the Merchandising, Sampling, Production, Printing, and Quality teams.
Review strike-offs/samples and make necessary design corrections.
Research current textile, fashion, colour, and print trends.
Maintain design libraries, artwork files, colour references, and customer-wise records.




Ensure designs are technically feasible and meet customer specifications.
Support development of new and cutting-edge textile designs.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Mandatory.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Mandatory.
Good knowledge of textile print design and repeat development.
Knowledge of colour combinations, motifs, textures, and pattern development.
Understanding of textile fabrics and printing processes.
Creative thinking and positive visualisation skills.
Positive attention to detail.
