Role & responsibilities

Robust SQL expertise (queries, joins, debugging, performance tuning). • Hands-on experience in production support for enterprise applications.
Practical knowledge of Splunk for log monitoring, dashboard usage, and alert troubleshooting.
Positive understanding of incident, change, and problem management workflows. • Knowledge of integration layers (APIs, middleware, queues, message brokers).
Experience with ITSM tools, preferably Zendesk.
Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot performance issues, and identify system bottlenecks.
Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Valuable-to-Have Skills
Basic proficiency with Linux and Windows command-line operations.
Experience in scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, or job schedulers
