About the Role:

We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist and Social Media & Content Manager to oversee our paid advertising and creative presence. This is a full-time, in office position based at our flagship store and headquarters in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The ideal candidate will combine performance-driven Meta media buying with creative social media management.

Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads Management
Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end Facebook and Instagram purchase and conversion campaigns.
Budget & Scaling: Own ad spend, managing and scaling monthly budgets from $30,000 to $100,000 while maintaining ROAS targets.
Technical Infrastructure: Maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) setups, ensuring event match quality and tracking integrity.
Retargeting & Scaling: Execute retargeting logic across website visitors, video viewers, and customer lists while applying transparent audience exclusions.
Reporting: Deliver daily monitoring and weekly reports detailing spend, revenue, blended ROAS, and campaign performance.
Social Media & Content Management
Content Creation: Plan, create,



and oversee content across social platforms, including Reels, UGC, static product shots, and offers.
Creative Testing: Maintain a structured creative testing cadence to continuously improve campaign performance.
Media & Photography Coordination: Coordinate with photographers and visual creators to produce consistent, high-quality content.
Community & Engagement: Manage organic social media activity and maintain active channel engagement.

Requirements:
Proven Meta Spend Experience: Direct experience holding budget authority on Meta accounts spending $30,000 to $100,000 per month.
Category Background: Experience in high-AOV e-commerce sectors such as jewelry, watches, or luxury fashion.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with Conversions API (CAPI) and attribution setups.
Dual Skillset: Proven capability in managing media buying alongside creative social media content execution.
Onsite Commitment: Ability to work full-time in office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
