Department: Engineering / Maintenance

Location: LuLu Hypermarket, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai

Employment: Full time, permanent

Shift: Rotational shifts

Experience: About 1–3 years preferred

Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,000 per month

Main responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/air-conditioning, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
Maintain electrical panels, lighting, generators, UPS, pumps and other utility equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance problems.
Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment quickly.
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists and service records.
Follow electrical, fire and workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors/vendors for major repairs.

Qualifications:




ITI/Diploma/B.Tech, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Positive knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
Electrical licence is preferred.
Relevant maintenance experience is preferred.
