Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production and application support while ensuring SLA adherence.
Troubleshoot SQL database, Linux server, and application-related issues.
Analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
Monitor application health and system performance to ensure high availability.
Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures.

Preferred

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production setting.

Exposure to monitoring tools and ITIL framework.
