Understanding of banking compliance, security policies,

Exposure to Application Production support.(some basic knowledge of Autosys)
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX/Linux scripts, and application components.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
Execute batch jobs, manage schedules, and automate processes using shell scripting.
