To lead Manufacturing operations at contract Manufacturing site in Pune

Solid knowledge of aluminum production processes and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and environmental management systems
Experience in managing contract manufacturing operations
Prioritization & planning of customers orders including RM, customer complaints
Ensuring Ontime in full customer deliveries & communicating with Sales team in timely manner in case of delays
