Key Responsibilities
Conduct R&D; for recent products in Nutraceuticals/Food Ingredients in powder and liquid forms.
Optimize formulations and functionality to improve product quality, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Monitor, evaluate, and interpret data across all phases of product design and development.
Lead R&D; projects focused on creative food product development.
Conduct research on new ingredients and their applications in food products.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Application R&D; for food ingredients.
Solid knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and ingredient functionalities.
Experience in optimizing formulations for both liquid and powder food products.
