Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in software development and architecture in Java Full Stack.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and event-driven architecture.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor and guide development teams.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
