Client & Stakeholder Management
Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers, employees, or stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in redevelopment initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting




Set and achieve business and profit targets in alignment with company goals.
Generate regular reports and present business insights to senior management.
Maintain accurate documentation and business records.

Business Environment & Brand Management
Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and visually appealing for stakeholders.
