JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an OPT Recruiter / US Talent Acquisition professional with experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and US Citizen candidates. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting entry-level OPT consultants, onboarding experienced IT professionals to the bench, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for US staffing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen candidates.
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, university portals, and referrals.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of entry-level and experienced IT consultants.
Screen resumes, conduct initial screening, and evaluate technical and communication skills.
Onboard consultants by collecting required documents and ensuring compliance with US hiring guidelines.
Coordinate with sales and account managers to fulfill bench and client requirements.




Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM and provide regular recruitment updates.
Guide candidates on work authorization, onboarding, and career opportunities.
Build relationships with universities, training institutes, and referral networks to generate quality candidates.

REQUIRED SKILLS
1–4 years of experience in OPT recruiting.
Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, EAD, and US work authorization.
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards.
Knowledge of W2, C2C employment models.
Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience onboarding both entry-level and senior IT consultants.
Familiarity with visa documentation and compliance processes.
Good understanding of current US IT market trends and in-demand technologies.

Pay: ₹10,282.69 - ₹42,075.51 per month
