– Logistics Specialist

Experience Required

1–3 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and coordinate e-commerce customer orders
Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure orders are shipped within committed timelines.
Monitor pending, cancelled, delayed, and returned orders.
Track shipments from pickup to final delivery.
Coordinate with courier partners for delayed or undelivered shipments.
Monitor ETA, NDR, RTO, and delivery status.
Maintain daily shipment and order tracking reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, courier, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
Escalate critical delivery and logistics issues.
Prepare basic daily/weekly logistics reports.
Ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.

Skills & Requirements:




1–3 years of relevant logistics/e-commerce experience.
Experience handling e-commerce orders and shipments.
Knowledge of NDR, RTO, returns, and shipment tracking.
Positive Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
Experience with D2C/E-commerce brands is preferred.
Shopify experience will be an added advantage.
