Core Requirements
B.E./B.Tech Mining Engineering
Second Class Manager's Certificate of Competency (Metal Mines) issued by DGMS (Mandatory)
Experience in Open Cast and Underground Metal Mining operations
Sound knowledge of the Mines Act, 1952, Mines Rules, MMR (Metalliferous Mines Regulations) and DGMS guidelines
Open Cast Mining
Supervise excavation using HEMM.
Monitor haul roads, dump yards and pit development.
Ensure proper slope stability and bench maintenance.
Coordinate loading and transportation of ore/waste.
Experience
2–5 years in Open Cast and/or Underground Metal Mining
Experience in mechanized mining operations preferred.
