Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementations.
Gather business requirements and translate them into ARCS solutions.
Configure Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, and related ARCS modules.
Develop and configure reconciliation formats, rules, profiles, workflows, and dashboards.
Handle data integration between ARCS and source/ERP systems.
Support data migration, validation, testing, and reconciliation processes.
Prepare functional specifications and implementation documentation.
Conduct SIT/UAT and resolve functional issues.
Work closely with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders.
Provide post-go-live support and optimize ARCS solutions.
Must-Have Skills




Solid hands-on experience in Oracle ARCS.
Minimum 2 complete end-to-end ARCS implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Account Reconciliation and Transaction Matching.
Experience with ARCS configuration, workflows, rules, and integrations.
Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud is preferred.
Positive understanding of financial close and reconciliation processes.
Robust analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
