Position: MIS Executive (Sales data)

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 30 Days

Key Skills
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Track sales targets, achievements, revenue, leads, conversions, and productivity.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain sales data from various sources.
Generate management reports and provide actionable sales performance insights.
Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on pending or incomplete data.
Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely updating of sales records.
Prepare target vs. achievement reports for individual and team performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams for data accuracy.
Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting-related issues.




Support management with ad-hoc reports, analysis, and presentations.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.

Required Skills
Robust proficiency in MS Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data analysis.
Experience in preparing Sales MIS and dashboards .
Positive analytical and numerical skills.
Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is preferred.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet strict reporting deadlines.
