Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
Code, develop, and document software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
Manage the full software development life cycle, including testing, implementation, and auditing.
Perform product design, bug verification, and beta support, including research and analysis.

Required Skills and Experience
8 to 10+ years of Technical and Functional experience in Oracle EBS.
Solid experience in Distribution, CRM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing domains.
Experience with ASCP, Demantra, Inventory, Purchasing, and PLM.
Solid experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles in Oracle R12 Applications.




Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Forms.
Knowledge of Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAF, ADF, Ext-JS, and Java.
Knowledge of REST API is an advantage.
Experience handling custom functionalities along with standard EBS processes.
Ability to convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Ability to solve complex problems using existing solutions.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Experience in process improvements.
Experience or exposure to Agile Methodology is an advantage.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Flex Deploys.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications.
Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes, and patches as mandated by the vendor.
Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
Operate under moderate supervision and report to the Manager of Software Development.
