Roles and Responsibility
Design and develop recent construction equipment products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects for improvement and implement changes.
Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Create detailed designs and prototypes using CAD software and other relevant tools.
Test and validate designs to ensure quality and reliability.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in the Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Construction Equipment industry.
Robust knowledge of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
