About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Baker / Pastry Chef with 1–2 years of experience to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of baking fundamentals, attention to detail, and a passion for producing consistent, high-quality baked goods and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
Follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Handle dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing.
Maintain consistent portion sizes and presentation standards.
Assist in developing and testing new bakery and pastry items.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients and prepared products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and kitchen work areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operating standards.




Monitor stock levels and communicate ingredient requirements to the kitchen team.
Work efficiently during busy service and production periods.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, or pastry kitchen.
Positive understanding of basic baking and pastry techniques.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
Valuable time management and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility for daily production.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
