We are looking for a detail-oriented Lease Abstraction Executive/Analyst to review commercial real estate lease documents and accurately extract key lease terms and data into designated systems or templates. The candidate should have robust attention to detail, positive English comprehension, and the ability to understand legal and contractual terminology.

Preferred Qualifications
Any degree, preferably B.Com, BBA, BBM, LLB, or MBA.
Experience in Lease Abstraction, Real Estate, Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), Property Management, or Contract Management will be an advantage.
Experience working with lease management/real estate platforms is preferred.

Accuracy / Quality: 95%+ or as per client requirement
Productivity: As per process-specific targets
Turnaround Time: Adherence to client SLA

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
