Production Manager – Apparel & Backpacks

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our Tronica City unit.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order completion.
Supervise production staff and maintain smooth shop-floor operations.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality teams for uninterrupted production.
Monitor production efficiency, quality, and material utilization.
Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
Resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and factory standards.

Requirements
Graduation preferred.
4–7 years of experience managing production units in apparel or backpack manufacturing.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in maintaining and sharing production data using Microsoft Excel or Sheets.
Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
