Review customer enquiries, specifications, P&IDs;, and URS documents.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams for technical inputs and cost estimation.
Identify bought-out items (valves, pumps, instruments, etc.).
Optimize designs and costing to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
Communicate with vendors for quotations and validate technical compliance.
Support the sales team in technical discussions and presentations with clients.
Maintain proposal records, revisions, and ensure timely submission of offers.
Assist in handover of awarded projects to the project execution team.
Solid knowledge of P&ID; reading and process flow understanding
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD / design tools is an advantage.
Valuable communication and technical writing skills.
Analytical approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
