Position: Project Manager (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science)
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of AID on strategic planning, execution, and organizational priorities.
Drive organizational development, workforce planning, governance, and functional maturity initiatives.
Build leadership capability through talent development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Identify and develop high-potential talent and strengthen leadership pipelines.
Foster an inclusive, team-oriented, and high-engagement culture.
Improve team effectiveness, accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Build robust relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.
Support change initiatives and represent AID in enterprise-level discussions when required.
