PNB METLIFE, Dunlop Kolkata are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Provisional Distribution Manager to manage and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets. The role involves team recruitment, training, performance management, customer relationship management, and ensuring quality business.

Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors. Guide and motivate the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Generate recent business through the team and individual efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and field activities. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.

Ensure proper understanding of life insurance products and processes. Maintain high standards of customer service and business quality. Achieve assigned recruitment, activation, and sales targets. Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and IRDAI regulations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
