Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Project Manager at Dhoot Group located in Mumbai.

The Project

Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, coordinating inspections, and managing logistics for project materials and resources.

Roles and responsibilities
Responsible as the overall in-charge of the project.
Coordinate contractors, Architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants and site team for smooth execution of work.
Preparation of progress documents, measurement and bill certification.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.

Qualifications
BE/B.Tech from Mumbai University
7 years+ experience
Complete knowledge of RCC, finishing and MEP work.
Robust organizational and time management skills
Robust leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Proficiency in Ms-office and AutoCad

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
