Job Summary

Step Up School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Hindi Teacher (PRT) to teach students from Classes I to IV. The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a child-friendly teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Hindi to Primary classes (I–IV) as per the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.
Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
Assess student performance through assignments, classwork, and examinations.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Use creative and activity-based teaching methods.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, meetings,



and professional development programs.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree with Hindi as a subject.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
CTET qualified candidates will be preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred (Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply).
