Key Responsibilities
Manage and qualify leads through calls, enquiries, and referrals.
Understand customer requirements and explain senior-living offerings.
Schedule and coordinate site visits and customer interactions.
Follow up with prospects and support lead conversions.
Maintain CRM, lead pipeline, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams.
Prepare regular sales and pre-sales MIS reports.
Manage and guide the pre-sales team, where applicable.

Candidate Profile:
5–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or CRM.
Experience in Senior Living, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Healthcare preferred.
Robust communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with positive coordination and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
